This Product & Distributor Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the standards governing the distributorship activities and product handling of Supremacy International Corporation (the “Company”) and its Authorized Wholesalers / Distributors (collectively, “Distributors”). This Policy is intended to protect customers, Distributors, and the Company’s brand, reputation, and compliance obligations.
To apply as a Distributor, an applicant must:
• Be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of contracting; and
• Comply with the Company’s registration, verification, and onboarding requirements.
For juridical entities (corporations/partnerships/associations), the applicant must submit:
• SEC registration documents and other valid business registrations (as applicable);
• A Board Resolution/Secretary’s Certificate (for corporations) authorizing the application and appointing an authorized representative; and
• Any additional documents required by the Company for compliance and verification.
The Company reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke distributorship at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
Distributors are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, franchisees, partners, or legal representatives of the Company. Distributors have no authority to bind the Company to any obligation.
Distributors are solely responsible for:
• Their own business decisions and expenses;
• Applicable taxes, permits, registrations, and legal compliance;
• Truthful and ethical marketing practices.
Distributors must comply with:
• The Company’s Terms and Conditions, Company Policies, Code of Conduct, and official issuances;
• The Company’s pricing and marketing guidelines;
• Applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
Distributors must not:
• Make false, exaggerated, misleading, or unsupported claims about products;
• Make medical/therapeutic claims unless specifically included in official Company materials;
• Represent the business as an “investment” or promise guaranteed income.
Earnings Disclaimer: The Company does not guarantee income. Results vary based on individual effort, skills, and market conditions.
Distributors must adhere to the Company’s official pricing policies, including:
• Suggested Retail Price (SRP) or Company-issued price lists;
• Promotions and discounts only as permitted by the Company.
Publicly advertising prices below SRP (including on social media) may be prohibited to protect fair competition and brand integrity.
The Company may amend this Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective upon posting or issuance through official Company channels.
Products are intended for general wellness and consumer use as described in the Company’s official literature. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Customers should consult a healthcare professional before use if they have underlying conditions, are pregnant/nursing, or are taking medications.
Distributors must:
• Store products properly and according to label instructions;
• Avoid exposure to extreme heat, moisture, or contamination;
• Ensure products are authentic and sourced only through authorized Company channels.
Selling tampered, expired, adulterated, or repacked products is strictly prohibited.
Unless otherwise required by law or specified by official Company announcements, return/exchange requests may be honored subject to these conditions:
A. Timeframe
• Requests must be made within five (5) days from the date of purchase.
B. Proof of Purchase
• The original official receipt or valid proof of purchase must be presented.
C. Product Condition
• The product must be unopened, unused, not damaged, and in resalable condition.
• Packaging must be intact (no markings, tears, or tampering).
D. Exchange Only (No Cash Refund)
• Approved returns are exchange-only and are not convertible to cash, unless required by law or expressly approved by the Company.
E. No Returns for Change of Mind
• Returns/exchanges due to change of mind are generally not allowed.
F. Scope of Coverage
• This return/exchange policy applies to purchases made directly from the Company’s authorized channels (e.g., Head Office, official branches, or official online store), unless otherwise stated.
• Purchases made through independent Distributors may be subject to additional documentation or channel verification.
The Company reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the conditions above or that appear fraudulent.
The Company’s names, logos, trademarks, labels, and copyrighted materials may be used by Distributors only in accordance with Company guidelines.
Distributors must not:
• Create websites or pages that appear to be the Company’s official website;
• Use Company marks in a misleading manner;
• Publish or circulate unauthorized promotional materials.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for unauthorized acts, misrepresentations, or improper product handling by Distributors.
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
